Here is a "family portrait" taken a few days before Christmas. Even Charlie and Milton got into the picture.
This is Adele on Christmas Eve. That outfit doesn't fit her anymore!
Here she is today. We tried going for a walk for the first time with the Baby Bjorn carrier. I put her in two pairs of pajamas and then put my coat on over the top. She seemed to like it and fell asleep before we were at the end of the driveway. I guess the walk wore her out! She slept like that laying on part of the carrier for two hours. She was 9 weeks old yesterday and she is now slightly over 10 pounds.
In other news, Jeff was driving down I-25 today when the woman in front of him suddenly slammed on the brakes because there was a police office taking radar on the side of the road. Jeff had to slam on his brakes and then got around her. Well, he actually got pulled over for following too close because the woman slammed on her brakes and he ended up....well... too close. He explained it to the officer, but he got a ticket anyway. About 15 minutes later, the officer called our house looking for Jeff and wanted his cell phone number. Turns out he conferred with the officer taking radar who confirmed the story and they voided his ticket. Have you ever heard of such a thing? We figure it is his lucky day. Come on Lotto!
