Winter!

Adele and I, and sometimes Jeff, have still been hiking when we can. It has been windy, so it isn't always easy to get out. We both really enjoy the hikes, so we're so happy when the weather cooperates.

Christmas!

I wasn't feeling good on Christmas, and Jeff was busy running after Adele, so the end result was not a lot of pictures. Oh well. She really looked cute too.

Here's Adele in the middle of the gift opening frenzy of her cousins. She wasn't sure what to make of it all.

She really wanted to be held by my cousin McKenzie. I think she remembered her from Thanksgiving. Awwwww.

Getting ready for Christmas

Wow, I am really, really behind on this blog. Well, the holidays were busy and of course, we were all sick at one point or another, but at least we continued taking pictures.

Okay, this picture is a little scary; it's Adele looking at the toys in the Target Christmas catalog. Well, at least she seems to be enjoying herself!

We went to the Tommyknockers festival at the Teller House where Adele caught her first glimpse of Santa. She really didn't warm up to him at all!

A Day in the Life

A couple of weeks ago, I followed Adele around with a camera all day. It was snowing out, which made for some better lighting in the house and Adele was just in a great mood that day. I think I ended up with about 150 images!

Thanksgiving, a.k.a the best day of Adele's life

Thanksgiving was the best day of Adele's life. She loved every second of being around her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. At the end of the night, she was just hanging out with her cousins in the basement watching them play games with the wii and kicking back on a bean bag chair. She loved her turkey dinner too!
